1. Digital Service Delivery

All Share Media provides access to digital television services, including live streaming and on-demand content, delivered electronically via IPTV applications. Delivery is considered complete once login credentials or access instructions are provided to the customer.

2. No Refunds Policy

Due to the intangible, digital nature of our service and the instant delivery process, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances once access has been granted. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Device compatibility issues

  • Internet connection or buffering problems

  • Service preferences

  • Channel availability or regional limitations

We encourage all users to make use of our free trial (where applicable) to evaluate the service before making a purchase.

3. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure their device is compatible with our IPTV service

  • Provide a valid and correctly formatted email address for delivery

  • Understand their internet connection must meet the minimum speed requirements for uninterrupted streaming

We are not liable for performance issues caused by third-party apps, personal devices, or internet service providers.

4. Support & Exceptions

If you encounter a technical issue that prevents access to the service and it cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable time, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a service credit or alternate resolution.

All refund requests submitted after service delivery will be politely declined.
