1. General
By using our website and purchasing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Subscription & Access
We offer digital subscription-based access to live and on-demand television content through our IPTV service. Subscriptions are available on a monthly, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month basis.
3. Delivery Terms
Access credentials and setup instructions will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout within 1–6 hours of payment confirmation. Delays may occur during high-demand periods or if incorrect customer details are submitted.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once access has been delivered. However, if you encounter a technical issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, we may issue a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
Cancellations are not necessary for one-time packages. Recurring subscriptions (if any) can be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
5. User Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their device and internet connection meet the requirements for IPTV streaming. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for third-party app performance, device compatibility, or internet service issues.
We do not claim ownership or licensing rights for any third-party content accessible through the IPTV platform. Customers are responsible for ensuring their usage complies with their local laws.
